Though located at Kochi in Kerala, we do not have any geographical constraints due to effective and increased use of technology. |

P J Joy – Chief Executive Officer & Principal Consultant
Mr.P J Joy is our Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant. He is also the founder /promoter of People Power Management Consulting. Mr. Joy obtained Masters Degree in Social work with Personnel Management specialization from Madras School of Social Work (University of Madras) and MBA (Marketing) from IGNOU. His two decade long professional career includes Personnel & HR Management positions with Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, Popular Automobiles and Kuttukaran Group of companies.
Mr. Joy is an accredited practitioner to conduct Individual and Organizational Assessment Centre (IOAC)-certification by Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Joy is the Chairman of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Kerala Chapter, professional body of HR practioners, for the period 2008-2010. He was its Honorary secretary from 2000-2002.NIPM kerala Chapter secured best chapter award consecutively for 2 years among 53 chapters in the country during his tenure. Mr. Joy is the recipient of “Best Member Award” in the national level from NIPM.
Mr. P.J.Joy is an established Corporate/ Academic trainer and a regular contributor of articles for periodicals and magazines. |
